By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ibs15 platform — including the website, mobile browser version, games, sports betting section, and any promotional materials — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

You must notify ibs15 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ibs15 reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation in such cases.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use elsewhere.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Update your contact details promptly if they change.

All deposits at ibs15 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion step and no hidden exchange fee. The following payment channels are currently supported for deposits:

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else's wallet or bank account is used to fund your ibs15 account — are not permitted and may lead to account suspension.

ibs15 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your bank or wallet provider before initiating a large deposit.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds are returned to the account that funded them. Withdrawals to a different method may be permitted in specific circumstances and will require additional identity verification.

Before a withdrawal is approved, ibs15 may verify your identity, age and the ownership of the payment method. This process is typically quick — in most cases it is completed during account setup — but may take longer if documentation submitted is unclear.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals: typically under 5 minutes once approved
• Raast and Bank Transfer: typically within 1 hour
• Pending withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before processing begins

Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion before they can be withdrawn. Real-money winnings from real-money deposits (with no active bonus) are available for withdrawal without additional wagering conditions.

• Bets are accepted up to the moment the relevant market is suspended by ibs15. Any bet submitted after market suspension will not be processed.
• Odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the point your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event a sporting fixture is abandoned, postponed or rescheduled, ibs15 will follow standard market settlement rules. For cricket specifically, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies to weather-affected matches in line with official match outcomes.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error on the ibs15 platform may be voided. ibs15 will notify affected players in these cases.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a short processing delay for integrity purposes. During this window, the odds or market availability may change.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process.
• Suspicious betting patterns, match-fixing related activity, or use of insider information are grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of relevant winnings.

For PSL and T20 fixtures specifically, markets covering match winner, top batsman, total runs, and over-by-over lines are available. Market availability is confirmed in the sports section at the time of the fixture.

All slot games, Fish Games and casino titles available on ibs15 use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by the respective game studios. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the certified value from the provider and is displayed in the game information panel. ibs15 does not alter the RTP settings of any game from the certified studio value.

• Gaming outcomes are determined by the game engine's RNG and are entirely random. Past results have no influence on future outcomes.

ibs15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; or repeated bonus abuse.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held securely and returned to the player if the investigation concludes without a finding of wrongdoing. Where a terms violation is confirmed, ibs15 may withhold the balance in full or in part as appropriate to the nature of the breach.

Players may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting ibs15 support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method subject to standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
